Are you an academy with a concern about a review?
Tell us what is wrong and a person will read it. You do not need an account, and you will have a reference number and an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
Questions academies ask
Will you remove the review if we ask?
Not automatically, and not on request alone. If a claim of "this is our academy, take it down" were enough, every school on this list could erase its own criticism in an afternoon, and the students who most need to be heard would be the ones silenced. What we do is read every request, check it against the review and our own records, and act where it is justified — including removing content that is false, that identifies an individual, or that publishes personal data.
How quickly will we hear back?
We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology Rules 2021. You receive a reference number as soon as you submit.
Does the review stay visible while you look into it?
Yes. Filing a request does not hide anything, and no number of requests hides anything — there is no threshold. Content comes down when a person decides it should, not because it was complained about.
We have a court order. What should we do?
Choose that option on the form, give the case number and issuing authority, and email a copy of the order to the address in the acknowledgement. Orders are dealt with ahead of everything else.
A review names one of our instructors. Is that allowed?
No, and you should tell us. Reviews here are meant to describe what happened, not to target an individual employee who has no way to reply. This is one of the grounds on the form and it is treated as high priority.
Can we find out who wrote a review?
No. Author identities are never disclosed to an academy under any circumstances, including as part of a request under this process. That protection is what makes honest reviews possible, and it is not something we trade away. A court order compelling disclosure is a different matter and is handled through the courts, not through this form.
Can we reply publicly instead?
You can ask to. Choose "let us post a public reply" on the form and tell us what you would like to say. In our experience a factual, specific reply from an academy does more for its reputation than a removal ever does — readers notice which schools engage.
